This four session series, held on each Tuesday in February, is a continuation of our High Holiday theme, Chazak, Chazak, V’Nitchazek: May we be strong and strengthen each other! In this case, we are talking about the strength that comes from the resilence we cultiivate through releasing stress and worry, while developing qualities of the heart: love, compassion, joy, and equanimity. Qualities we all need in these times we are living in!
Each session will focus on a different mindfulness practice to cultivate these qualities.
Open to Narberth Havurah members and the wider community – anyone interested in heart based mindfulness techniques.
$ 72.00 for Narberth Havurah Members
$ 100.00 for wider community members
